Meet Bear John, our wise and experienced navigator; Laszlo, the courageous lion, always ready for a roaring good time; Otto, the loyal and playful pup, sniffing out the best local spots; Ameera who is ful of wisodom and financial smarts; and, of course, Imani Swift, our intrepid little kingfisher, the star of our travels.

Imani-Swift
CEO, Lead Explorer & Purveyor of Adventure
Imani-Swift is the visionary leader behind our global adventures. With unwavering determination they ensure every journey is filled with discovery, wonder, and a touch of the unexpected. Imani-Swift's passion for exploration is matched only by their keen eye for detail and their ability to spot the hidden gems of every destination.
When not charting our next course, Imani-Swift can be found perfecting their dive technique or pondering the mysteries of the universe from a high vantage point. They have a collection of rare feathers from around the globe. And they always make time for the best local fish or sushi.
Otto
Official Navigator, Foodie Guru
Otto's nose knows no bounds! With an uncanny sense of direction and an insatiable curiosity for local treats, Otto ensures our Kingfisher Squaky (and the team) never gets lost or hungry. He's always ready for a good friendly run around, making him the perfect companion for any adventure. He loves finding the best hidden parks!
Otto has a discerning knack for sniffing out local culinary gems. They are great at sampling street food in busy markets and indulging in gourmet meals. A keen runner, Otto can be found in parks or at the gym at sunrise to keep those calories in control - especially as the team's global cookie expert!
Laszlo
Security & Tech Expert, Yoga Practitioner
Lazslo is the security backbone of our travel team! Laszlo's expertise lies in travel technology, digital security, safeguarding our data and devices from cyber threats all while we travel. From setting up secure Wi-Fi hotspots in remote locations to troubleshooting camera glitches, Laszlo's tech prowess keeps us connected and protected.
When he's not busy assessing potential dangers, you'll find Laszlo perched on a backpack practicing meditation or in nature doing yoga, often instructing the team through a yoga class. His calm demeanor and dedication to safety make invaluable to our adventure team.
BearJohn
Wilderness Expert, Bargain-Finding Specialist
BearJohn is the ultimate survivalist and thrift master of our travel team! With a keen eye for detail and as our wilderness expert, BearJohn can identify edible plants, track animal trails, and build a shelter in a pinch. His bear-like instincts help us navigate unfamiliar environments safely.
And let's not forget Bearjohn's talent for drawing, love of art, and finding bargains. He is a master negotiator, sniffing out the best deals on accommodations, activities, and souvenirs. He's a true budget travel guru, managing currencies, and ensuring we get the most out of every adventure.

Known as Squaky, Hans has a heart full of wanderlust and grand adventures. Passionate about bringing you joy by sharing fun tales of the wonderful places we discover. Hans is on a mission to help you find adventure in what you do every day.
Hans is a keen flyer, reader and fan of history that keeps his passions for travel and adventure alive. A huge fan of coffee, cake and chatting, Hans is always ready to make new friends.
Ameera Squakington
CFO, Co-Founder, Advisory Member
With a keen eye for profitable ventures and breathtaking vistas, Ameera is our financial backbone with extensive experience in managing nest eggs. Her firm belief that every journey can be soul-stirring and joyful, makes Ameera an invaluebale advisor to the Squaky Travels team.
When not crunching numbers, or looking after the garden, Ameera can be found offering sage advice to local non-profits and her son Hans and daughter Imani-swift.
We believe that every corner of the world holds a story waiting to be uncovered, and this team is dedicated to sharing those stories with you, offering the best tips and recommendations for your next holiday travel or outdoor adventure.
